Every visit ends with a short note on the counter. It is the thing clients mention most, and it takes us three minutes.

Line by line

The time we let ourselves in. Each room with the time we finished it. Anything we noticed: a rattling fan, a lifting seal, a plant that needs water. Then who did the visit and when we locked up.

The last line

“Locked up 12:40” matters most. It tells you the door is shut and the visit is over, without you having to ask.
